To manage an international sales conference with four different streams for 800 delegates from across the globe.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
We sourced the Atlantis the Palm in Dubai for this international conference, which saw 800 people attending from all over the world. The logistics for the event included transfers, registrations, pre and on-site event management all of which were handled by Lime Blue Solutions along with delegate badging and programmes.
The delegates were divided into four groups throughout the conference, all with individual agendas. A dedicated Lime Blue Solutions account manager was appointed to each group to ensure their meetings ran smoothly and to schedule.
