Thai Incentive

We delivered a high-end annual incentive trip for 60 attendees on behalf of an international pharmaceutical company. Hosted at the luxurious Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas in Thailand, this exclusive experience marked the 5th consecutive year of our collaboration for this premium event.

Our responsibilities included destination and venue sourcing, comprehensive travel and accommodation management, and full event coordination. To enhance the experience, we developed a bespoke logo and registration website, curated branded support materials, and sourced exceptional entertainment and activities tailored to the group.

Winners Experience Montenegro

We organised an exclusive incentive trip for 20 winners, hosted at the luxurious Nikki Beach Hotel and Beach Club in Montenegro. This memorable experience for a longstanding pharmaceutical client combined stunning destinations with unique activities and impeccable event management.

Our services included destination and venue sourcing, travel and accommodation logistics, and event management. Attendees enjoyed curated activities such as catamaran and speedboat excursions, nature reserve tours, hiking, biking, ziplining, and wine tasting. To enhance the event, we developed custom branding, a dedicated registration website, and provided branded delegate gifts and materials.
