Venues with outdoor space

As we get excited about the return of events, hopefully just around the corner, it is great to be able to highlight venues with outdoor space for your events this summer. By holding your event in a marquee outdoors, it will ensure delegates feel safe and comfortable allowing them to relax and enjoy themselves. This type of venue will be well ventilated and will allow enough space for social distancing to be carried out. 

Wokefield Estate 

Wokefield Estate is set in 250 acres of Berkshire parkland and the grounds can be used for all types of events, including team building days, dinner and drinks and outdoor conferences. The outdoor space is perfect to host your events in the upcoming months to ensure delegates feel safe when live events come back.

Beaumont Estate

Beaumont Estate is an 18^th century mansion located in 40 acres of parkland grounds. The hotel uses a preferred external supplier for marquee hire, so you can really make the most of using the grounds for your events whatever the weather! Wi-Fi is also available up to 100m within the grounds.

Wormsley Estate 

Wormsley is a beautiful estate located in the countryside outside Stokenchurch. Wormsley is also the home of Garsington Opera, it’s world-renowned library and cricket ground. The estate has several event spaces across its grounds including The Cricket Pavilion, The Opera Pavilion, The Library, The Cricket Grounds, The Boundary Room, The Island Pavilion and The Walled Gardens.

Cotswold Water Park 

De Vere Cotswold Water Park is in the heart of the 152 lakes that spread across the Cotswold Water Park. With outdoor space to hold events including team building, conferences and drinks receptions, this venue also offers water sports on the lakes. 

This venue also has 21 event spaces for conferences, meetings and training that can accommodate up to 400 guests.

Oakley Court

Oakley Court is set in 35 acres overlooking the River Thames in Berkshire. Ascot Racecourse 

Ascot Racecourse has 300+ event spaces and is set over 170 acres of parkland. This venue is ideal for Christmas parties, meetings and conferences, summer parties, team building and corporate away days, exhibitions and product launches and private dining. 

Ascot Racecourse does not have any accommodation onsite, but there are plenty of hotels close by for guests to use.

Missenden Abbey 

Missenden Abbey is set within 10 acres of grounds in the heart of the Chilterns. This hotel has 22 meeting rooms and an outdoor marquee. The meeting rooms can accommodate up to 100 guests, and the marquee has a maximum capacity of 150 guests.
