BRIEF

To organise and manage a meeting for 120 delegates from Europe and America for this leading, global pharmaceutical company. To find a European venue, create branded colllateral for the event,  source a team building activity, find a venue for a gala dinner aswell as manage the conference.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

We sourced the landmark Hermitage Hotel which was able to accommodate all 120 delegates. Delegates flew in from America and several European countries and Lime Blue Solutions managed the transfers.  Highlights of the conference included an offsite dinner at Red/Black Legends, a team building tour of the city and a memorable gala dinner at the Hotel De Paris with casino tables, giant Scaletrix, themed cocktails and singing waiters for entertainment. Lime Blue designed a series of bespoke materials to support this prestigious event.
